I'm borderline intrigued, but it doesn't look like it's as tongue in cheek as Hadaka Shitsuji which has kind of ruined all other BL games for me. Nothing will live up to that.

Is there a translation patch for it?

It doesn't even seem to have a VNDB entry for it so I doubt there's a patch for it.

It only got released about a month ago, so no. Besides, it's a game for smartphones, so if it ever got released in English, it would probably need a seperate app.
