Well this is awful but some women do indeed get their clitoris reduced when they have that "designer vagina" surgery. Big clitorises are like big labia, not seen as desirable by the porn industry and therefore it's translated to the vagina plastic surgery industry where women get it all made as small and invisible as they can, cos god forbid. I would think their sensation gets reduced quite a lot after as they are getting lots of nerve endings removed.

Also just FYI during puberty it is a surge of testosterone that pushes the labia and clitoral head out, so some women have quite prominent inner labia, clitoral hood, and some don't, having had a slightly different hormonal picture..

It's a form of FGM in some ways as FGM involves reducing the labia and clitoris in the mildest version, of course it can then be much more brutal in the higher grades.
