Fic:
bondage
Really physically strong men who are submissive
D/s, especially if the roles are reversed from what the characters are like in the rest of their lives and especially if its femdom
Pain play and hardcore BDSM
Pegging or fics where the woman has some sort of magic-given penis
Oral sex (even better when combined with bondage)
Het where the woman is more experienced than the man

Real life:
Mostly kind of tamer versions of the same thing. I like a little bondage, spanking, and light D/s, but not hardcore BDSM.

Oh, and men in panties are hot both in fics and in real life.

I have a competence kink (for fictional characters, a least). I think it's really, really attractive if a character is a specialist and damn efficient at their occupation of choice without being all chatty, braggy and annoying about it. Like, the quiet, efficiently competent kind. Ni~ce.

This is basically why I watch Criminal Minds. (also nicely dressed people in blouses & skirts/suits)

This is pretty much the rule for every fandom, I think. I adore enthusiastic consent and sometimes it feels like it's so hard to find things where nobody gives a whisper of even token resistance.

Mmm, friction with a side of light bondage. I have found exactly one short fic like that and I love it to bits, I wish it was about 20,000 words longer and hotter.

In fic, I like extreme levels of control and dominance and submission; master/slave dynamics are my favorite. I also prefer group sex to one-on-one sex.

IRL, I like light bondage and light sadomasochism. Rather than regular D/s, though, I like a good struggle for dominance. The best sex, for me, involves fighting as part of the act. I find this odd considering what I like in fiction.
