As someone who always seems to do the reaching out and planning things for her group of friends...it becomes tiring to always be in that role. I LOVE it when one of my friends does it instead.

Which do you dislike more: planning things or reaching out, or losing your friend?

Agreed. I don't even mind doing it most of the time, as long as my friends reciprocate occasionally. Otherwise it feels like I'm annoying or unwanted, or like they just don't care about me.
