For the first time, I've started questioning my sexuality. But I feel like I'm too old... like everyone already went through all this in high school.

No! Many people go through this later in life as well!

quick google search found me these, they seem specific to women but I'm sure it happens to men too!

Anon above gave links so I won't search for more, but I have heard stories about this with both genders.

And imo, you're never too old to question your sexuality. If it happens, it happens. No matter what conclusion you come to, it's perfectly fine and normal, and there's nothing usual about you wondering. Sexuality isn't always an easy topic for people, and it can be damn confusing so I wouldn't take this as you being weird or messing up; people struggle with it at all ages. It wasn't until after I hit 20 that I even contemplated my sexuality in any major way.

I went through this, too, anon!

And I hear you with the "feeling too old" thing - like, damn, I wish I'd gotten the questioning bit over and done with in high school like everyone else seems to.

So many LGBT resources either focus on gay teenagers questioning their sexuality, or gay adults who are already out. so it sucks if you're not in those groups. i'm bi myself and i've found it difficult to find resources or communities.

And there's all these assumptions from other people that you'll be totally 100% comfortable with sex and talking about it and know all this stuff, and as a (slightly) older person who has not done the thing, I'm just like: "NOPE GET ME OUT OF HERE."
