I love: Ke$ha, Carly Rae Jepsen, One Direction, One Republic, basically anything earnest and jumpy with chorus vowels that gets a lot of US radio airplay, The Carpenters, Rage Against the Machine, a boatload of early-2000s crunk that I don't think is embarrassing but which all of my friends very vocally hate, Matchbox 20, Soul Asylum, Coldplay, Korn, Slipknot, Enya, cheesy Contemporary Christian Music of all flavors, anything with guest vocals by Pitbull or Shakira. . . the list could go on indefinitely.

Musicians I actively dislike are few and far between, but include Belle and Sebastian, Pedro the Lion, Limp Biskit, and Billy Joel.
