I've heard that 10 is the guaranteed finale season.

Exactly! It baffles me that so many people (especially on tumblr) want it to go past 10. Why would you want to prolong something already wrapped up and done to continue a meandering waste of time.....OH WAIT!

They didn't announce 10 as the final season at the up front last week, which is a good indication that there will be at least a season 11.
