Her death seems so much more than just a spoiler , it really shaped and changed comics history.

You said yourself, "shaped and changed comics history".
Why is surprising it is a spoiler for someone who doesn't read comics?

You kinda have no right to be getting so upset about "getting spoiled" by something that's been well known for over 40 years, though. That's the thing.

Yeah, yeah, I get it, no fandom is worse than an established comic's fandom. New fans aren't welcome if they want to experience everything for fucking first time, because they should just know all the important plot/defining moments before even seeing a non-completely-faithful adaptation of it.

So please, just keep treating new fans like shit for not knowing something you seem to consider as obvious as the sky being blue, so you can keep feeling "superior" in the serious business comics and its adaptations are.
And fuck anyone who dares to say you are an ass and lack of any common courtesy, right?

No one is feeling superior. If that's what you are getting out of this then that is your own damn fault.

We are simply tired of having people come into the established fandom and rather than the newbies adapt to the fandom, the entire fandom MUST adapt to the newbies or some of the newbies, like you, lose their collective shit.

You are why my husband calls 'movie fans' of comic properties 'tourists'.

Please stop feeling entitled to experience everything as 'new'. You don't get to. You did not pay the price of admission (being born at the right time, picking up a goddamn comic book when it wasn't cool to pick up a goddamn comic book). There is a statute of limitation on your right to be outraged over not getting to go into everything fresh.

Cope.
