How does that determine whether she's a pleasure to teach or not? She realized that she wasn't ready to deal with the material but she found a way to complete the class anyway. It's not like she cried and threw temper tantrums in the middle of class about how the material was triggering or anything like that.

You're such a despicable, miserable person.

Chard is using the "Show us on the doll where the person touched you" cliché(Courtroom thing for children who have underwent abuse).

The "Where you got a C" is to imply that the person has bitterness about receiving an average grade from a teacher.

I believe I am reading it correctly.

You are. I said that in a moment of anger about other rather big RL things going on. Normally I back away from the keyboard when that happens but I didn't this time.

I retain my accusation that the anon I was responding to is in fact probably a shitty student, but deeply apologize for the tasteless joke. I should have said that differently.

Fair enough. It's not my place to accept or reject apologies and shit, but I do understand, and at least as far as I'm concerned, we're cool.

Oh, that is not the classiest comment you've ever made. I'm trying to see things as kindly as I can for you, I really am, but this comment right here... I think I'm out.
