I never use almond milk, but it's SO good and I think I need to learn doing it on my own so that I don't have to buy it. :D I read it's also super easy to make. And wow, with oats it must taste great...

Damn, I need to buy maple syrup, lately I can find it easily enough in the stores, even if I doubt it will be as good as the brands you get? I don't know though, you guys everywhere in the world do have Nutella, so I suppose it's about time we get your good maple syrup brands?

Just out of curiosity, what are the best maple syrup brands? I mean, out of your taste.

The let's-ramp-this-the-fuck-up
Now this is me in the kitchen, totally. When I do super caloric shit I do it all the way. :D

It might be, I've never actually made it ^_^;; (I am a bad vegan, but it's freely available from the supermarket and SO much easier!) And yeah - almond milk is actually really tasty with a lot of things that you'd use dairy milk in! Just about the only time I wouldn't recommend it is for tea or coffee, since the heat can make the almond meal separate. (We use soy for that instead.)

Heh, it's not my maple syrup, it's sourced from Canada. The exact brand is an Australian one, Queen, although... again, it's Canadian syrup, Queen just sells it here. From the Nutella comment, you're... Italian? I have no idea what maple syrup brands they sell there, sorry! Whatever you do get, though, make sure it specifically says it's maple syrup, and NOT 'maple-flavoured syrup' or 'table syrup' or 'pancake syrup' or literally anything that isn't maple syrup. There should be ONE ingredient listed, and that's... maple syrup. The fake stuff is made of corn syrup or high-fructose corn syrup, and a ton of flavours, sweeteners, preservatives and other crap. That shit is nasty. Actual maple syrup may cost a smidge more, but it's so worth it. ...I feel very strongly about maple syrup XD

If you're going to go caloric, go caloric the fun way, right? :D

Thanks for the suggestions! I was thinking of making some experimentation this week... I've eaten salad and meat for like 2 weeks now out of total laziness and now I feel I need to restart my taste buds before they shrivel and die. :D
