The main thing I'm taking away from this secret is how bizarre it is to refer to "you" and "your brain" as two separate entities.

Is that uncommon? I thought a lot of people did that - not like, seriously thinking they were separate from their brain, but referring to it as an entity without yourself. Like, "my brain wouldn't let me fall asleep last night" or whatever.

They are two separate entities. Consciousness isn't the brain.
