Well, I can't let this one pass by without mentioning the prototypical example: "As you wish" (Wesley to Buttercup in The Princess Bride.)

I'd also say that on Supernatural, "Bitch"/"Jerk" and "Idjits" definitely qualify, though not in a romantic sense.
