No. I equate sex with intimacy, so that doesn't really work. I'm all for awesome sex toys, but I don't want them to simulate an actual person. Different things.

Um, yes, definitely, no problem. Even if all it did for me was the equivalent of an extra good vibrator, but a vibrator who could lie on top of me/be a platform for me to ride/ hold me up against a wall/ caress my body at the same time as it got me off, it would be worth it.
