Elsa is thin, but I could imagine a late teen still looking like that. Barbie is just anatomically impossible.

I actually have this body type though. And my head really is too much for my neck like I have to support it with my hands if I want to lean my head back a little or to the side >>

Don't get me wrong, I would've loved to be that thing yet still having well defined hips and breasts, but that's not what I'd call realistic for your average young woman.
