well, you know

when you turn politics into an isolated machine that doesn't take into account the concerns of everyday voters except in the most cursory paternalistic contemptuous way and that refuses to recognize the validity of their concerns or even their existence and serves only to get a few middle and upper-class people cushy careers, you kind of only have yourself to blame for the spontaneous popularity of anti-mainstream parties that at least attempt to honestly appeal to the political desires of the people, even though they're racist

True dat. The Tories and Lib Dems certainly have noone to blame but themselves. And Labour too actually.

If only the Greens were just a little more credible.
