I'm kind of scared to know what this is? I'm just picturing Bucky waking up to Mufasa talking to him from up in the clouds.

The Chair refers to the horrendous torture chair they use to brainwash/program Bucky in the MCU. I assume that they have to give him instructions pretty soon after the Electroconvulsive Torture, or else he'd just be confused.

"remember who you are" is the line Steve uses in the comics to return Bucky's memories to him, using a reality-warping magical item called the Cosmic Cube since The Winter Soldier had zero memories at all.

I can't help but think that if Steve ever found that fucking thing, he's smash it to bits as soon as he realized how it fried his best friend's brain. Even Captain America has his limits, and anything related to Bucky automatically set off his protector instincts.

Don't forget, his first big move as Captain America was to rescue Bucky from HYDRA, he's not gonna change that tune now.
