Good things: Getting excited about a new training program so I can run a 6 mile race on July 4th. My brother got released from the hospital one week after having a heart attack (has a long way to go but he's getting better!).

Wishing your brother a speedy recovery <3 and the new training program sounds awesome! Good luck with the race too. :D I should have entered something this year, I was planning to, but I work weekends and it's so difficult to book time off. ah well.
