The Yugioh anime spinoffs for me. I'm not into the card game, but am into the characters so I used to not mind slogging through the gazillion filler episodes. Lately, the proportion of fillers to significant episodes are wearing me out and I'm considering to distance myself from the franchise for good. But since it's one of the fandoms I have in common with a handful of other anime fans, I'll probably get around to watching Zexal and catching up on Arc-V.

I was actually really into the card game because I understood it. I could never figure out the Pokemon one. But Yu-Gi-Oh was just math and trap cards. That made sense.
