they both creep me out. which is good! i dunno if you knew about kevin previously, OP, but i think the reason he freaked me out the most is i didn't see the twist in sandstorm coming. i honestly thought it was just supposed to be a joke that cecil lives in night vale, which is horrifying, but thinks that peaceful, chipper desert bluffs is horrifying.... until the end of the episode where you find out his studio is covered in guts and everything. so yeah, i guess not expecting that outcome has a lot to do with how i experience his creepiness.
