He's said different things at different times. Most imply at least a massive reduction in acting, but not necessarily a complete one. I'm hoping Marvel can convince him with 1-picture deals for a while, even if he's done with everything else.

Hmm, really? This interview is pretty recent and he said he'd do the rest of his 6 movies and that's it.

There's also the theory that he's making noises in that vein 'cos he wants to renegotiate his contract, apart from RDJ all the other principals got considerably less $$$. If TPTB want him for another 3 movies they'll have to cough up the big bucks. (hee hee).
