In the same vein as the "words that annoy you" thread, what are some words that you always like the sound of or find amusing?

"Snood" never fails to make me giggle. It's just so delightful.

Actually, most real words that sound dirty but aren't amuse me.

Like:
masticate
cunning linguist
uvula
master baiter

(okay, that last one's cheating, but still)

Oh God, I'm reminded of when I read the infamous fanfic My Immortal and came across the incomparable line, "It was Loopin! AND HE WAS MASTICATING!!" I about peed myself laughing and can never look at that word the same way again. Just thinking about it is making me giggle. :D

Whenever I read or hear the word, I can't help but imagine people getting up to some of those Scooby Doo style chases and other shenanigans.

I love the word "shenanigans." I like "miscellaneous" also.

I like old fashioned words like lackadaisical or skedaddle, words like that. Also the word "peculiar". I think it sounds really cute.
