Yes! It works for literally anything. If you turn the tracking off, you can technically sit perfectly still and listen to it and still get full "credit," and even with accelerometer/GPS tracking it doesn't matter how you're moving as long as you are moving. The optional "chase" sequences where you have to speed up for a minute or two are based on how fast you were already going, not a speed set by the program.
