14. THANK YOU. God, I hate her so bad. She's a hypocritical, smug, self-righteous, little bitch. For the life of me, I cannot see what about her is supposedly so appealing. She's awful. I was so glad last season when she said she was leaving, but she's STILL THERE. WHY. JUST FUCKING LEAVE. Ugh. There is no point to her being on the show anymore, I don't know why they keep adding in scenes with her. Enough already. Christ. She's not that damned special.

I mean, really, all the characters are flawed assholes when it gets down to it, but Cameron is just ridiculous. I understand that she serves a purpose, but some of the crap she pulls—Love Hurts, anyone? Lines in the Sand? If she had managed to grow and change, that would be one thing, but she only seems to get more self righteous as the series goes on.

Exactly. That's what bothers me the most, I think. Yes,the other characters are flawed, too, but they all know they're flawed. She acts like she's above everyone else and is on some moral high ground when she's just as messed up as the rest of the cast, it pisses me off to no end.

Ahaha, yes. In so many ways. It's all of that, her terrible doctor skills (she's good in terms of smarts, but her patient skills? DUDE. GO TEACH OR RESEARCH), and her crazy crush on House--and this is from a nonshipper. I could deal with one of those things, or two of them, but all of them together and the way she doesn't accept her flaws, acknowledge her flaws, and in many ways seems to embrace them--that's totally beyond the point of "interestingly messed up."

Ugh. That's exactly it. I approve of the fact that the writing had her character grow, but man, it doesn't mean I can't hate her character for growing from someone I didn't really like into someone I completely can't stand.

Let's not forget self-destructive and rebellious streaks when she doesn't get what she wants.

The secret was about Cameron, not the rest of the cast, thus the discussion is about Cameron, not the rest of the cast.

No, it's not okay when other people act that way or worse, but we aren't talking about other people, and the fact that others are also flawed doesn't automatically make her (or anyone else) a saint.

Aha--sorry, then. I have sometimes seen Cameron defenders say--kinda, you know, "you only hate her because you're a sexist! if she was a guy, you'd love her!" I guess I took that out on you a little. *laugh*
