I have lots of soundtracks to films and shows I've never watched (also watched and didn't like). Nothing weird about the music working well on its own.

Is that really that odd? I listen to tons of OSTs for movies, shows, and games I have never seem.

Nah, it doesn't seem weird. People listen to soundtracks for all sorts of things they'll never see/play. Music is music.

(though, that cursed SP episode has pretty much ruined the series theme for me, especially as my Spawn chants "weiner weiner, weiner weiner" every time we watch an ep.

But I'm with you on not liking the show and never wanting to watch it.

Nothing weird about liking a soundtrack for something you aren't familiar with. Good music is good music.

Weird? No it isn't. It's extremely common to hear people tell you, "I know this show/movie/game is shit but you've got to check out the soundtrack." 9/10 times I agree with them.

I thought most people loved the soundtrack. I REALLY don't get your "that's just weird" comment either; isn't it pretty common to like the soundtrack of something better than the rest of it? Not just this show.

I don't think that's odd at all.

I listen to the Attack on Titan theme song on a regular basis but I have absolutely zero interest in the show.

Cello + minor key = virtually guaranteed to be awesome.

I think the music is the best thing about the show, to be honest.

I hate the show (because I love the books), but I agree, the soundtrack is AMAZING.

I didn't like the King Arthur movie with Clive Owen but I LOVE the soundtrack and still listen to it on occasion.

On the flip side, I loved The Avengers but the soundtrack didn't really do anything for me.

In short: No, it's not weird at all.

That's not weird at all. There's a great video on Youtube where these guys play the GoT theme with dog toys :P

I was all about the Dirty Dancing soundtrack years before it ever occurred to me to watch the actual movie, so... no, not so weird.

Nah, I have some scores and soundtracks to stuff I haven't watched. It isn't at all weird. Good music is good music.

Not really. I loathe Final Fantasy 7 but enjoy it's OST.
