A lot times, shows/movies for even very little kids often have things tossed in for the adults watching with their children that kids would never be expected to understand. It's not unreasonable to hope for a kiddy show to have some aspects for grown-ups. Take something like Powerpuff Girls, on the surface, definitely aimed at little girls, dig a little deeper, and the whole family can be entertained.

Sure, but that doesn't make it not a kiddy show. The OP was clearly expecting something else.

OP wasn't expecting it to be as kiddy as it was, secret didn't say anything about it not being kiddy at all. Maybe the difference between Baby Looney Toons and Tiny Toons levels of kiddy (one I can watch as an adult, one I absolutely can't).

Y'know, I get the stuff tossed in for adults, but my problem is that often the material in there is like racy jokes and really, well, ADULT stuff and I don't think that content is appropriate in a children's show. Even if they don't get it yet, I don't like that it's there, and I don't like that sexualization is the go-to to make something be all wink-wink-nudge for adults too.

I can understand people not liking that it's there. It doesn't bother me because I don't really feel sexual jokes are harmful to kids (so long as child characters themselves aren't being sexualized) whether they understand them or not. But, to be fair, I grew up on my fair share of fucked-up cartoons because people keep assuming that all animation = childlike. Ren and Stimpy weren't appropriate for any human being alive, let alone children.
