I am trying so hard to figure out the logistics of Peggy/Bucky, I mean you'd have to AU the hell out of everything...?
Unless, maybe if you fit it into one of his missions where he was getting flashes of his past and then went off the grid and couldn't find Steve, of course, but found Peggy and somehow got with her...? Or maybe she was tracking the Winter Soldier because he'd killed off somebody high-profile (as usual) and realized it was actually Bucky?
