And this is why kudos carry very little weight for me. You mean it as a strong compliment, but another kudos-er will mean it as something completely different.

Really? Knowing that it means different things to different people gives it little weight? That just seems kind of pessimistic. I would think the fact that at least one person means it as a strong compliment would make it a tad more meaningful.
