Even though it can be a hard thing to accept, I'm glad you realize that.

That is some adorable art.

I don't love kids (well...I like them fine, I just haven't spend much time with them so I have no vast experience) but I share your feelings re: having them. Even if I did one day decide having a kid would be great (which is...not going to happen), I wouldn't feel responsible enough.

As much as it sucks (since it seems like you might like the idea of having your own children), uh...at least you're being cautious and thoughtful? People change, maybe one day you'll feel differently. If not, that's totally fine.

How old are you? I know a lot of people who were irresponsible and flighty as teens and twenty-somethings who grew up and became pretty damn good parents. You might not be a good mother if you were to suddenly have a baby now, but who can say what you'll be like ten years down the line?

As for the secret, that's okay OP. Maybe you'll change your mind in the future, maybe you won't, but that's completely fine. And Imo, people put a lot of pressure into parents as it is. Anyway, as long as it's your choice.
