I have quite a few

off the top of my head, in no particular order:

- See a show on Broadway
- See a solar eclipse
- Visit the Taj Mahal
- learn to fly a plane
- drive through as many countries I can in one trip by car.
- write a book
- write a script that actually gets filmed
- be an average weight for once in my life
- Do a trip around the castles in the Loire region.
- Many more

Many of mine are travel-related, I guess.

See the Broadway version of Lion King (which will be happening next year)
Visit a European country
Eat a chocolate souffle
See a whale
Eat at a famous restaurant
Get a tattoo

Finish writing my unfinished fan fiction and finish writing my barely started "novel."

Ok and maybe visit all continents? Except Antarctica ;) I think I can do without that.

Play and beat all Legend of Zelda games (including as they come out in the future).

Be fluent in Spanish.

(those are two of the more concrete goals I have right now)

Travel everywhere. (this is a lot more nebulous)

ETA: some more specific travel goals:

See all the national parks in the continental US.
Visit Japan once.
Visit Argentina and, ideally, some other places in South America, including somewhere in the Amazon Basin.
Visit Europe.
Less concrete, and a more recent addition: visit Africa.

...yeah, going back to "visit everywhere" basically

-Publish at least one novel, ideally work as a full time writer
-Speak at least three languages. Currently speak one and a half. (half is one that I can easily converse in, but still stumble a lot with grammar and need a lot more vocab) Have already started my third language, but still very much in beginner territory.
-Visiting various old, amazing places. Machu Picchu, Angkor Watt, etc.

I want to travel to Italy, England, Scotland, Ireland, Iceland, Sweden, China, and Japan.

I want to visit one of the active, constantly-spewing volcanoes, and marvel at its lava flow.

I want to go skydiving and bungee jumping.

I want to go deep-sea fishing.

I want to swim with dolphins.

I want to stay at that hotel that's underwater.

I want to get good enough at poi that I can perform in front of a proper audience.

- SCUBA dive at the great barrier reef
- Be in a shark cage and see sharks
- foster pitbulls/non-cropped doberman pincers/greyhounds/whippets
- foster animals
- foster children
- have a pet tarantula
- write a novel, and get it edited (may or may not publish it)
- sky dive
- learn Italian, and go to Italy
- go back to Hamburg
- see Phantom of the Opera on stage
- see a Broadway show
- make jello shots (what ever are jello shots? I don't know, but I've read about them often enough so)
- learn how to ski
- bleach my hair to white
- go to Disneyland & World
- go to the Grand Canyon

The only one I can think of at the moment is to finally get a pet again once I live in an apartment that allows them and once I'm more financially stable.

- Hike up Half Dome in Yosemite
- Go see the volcanoes in Hawaii
- Trekking in Nepal (currently researching trips either to Everest Base Camp or an Annapurna circuit)
- Wander around Australia for a while (no fixed destinations yet, but I'm sure I'll think of some)
- In the not-travel related area, become more financially responsible. Hopefully that's not mutually exclusive of the goals above :)

be completely 100% debt-free and stay that way

-Finish visiting all 50 states in the US.
-Visit Australia and the UK.
-Drive in a destruction derby.
-Go gliding at least once, and maybe learn to fly powered planes as well.

Get a real, grown-up job
Finish this super-long fic that's kicking my ass
Knit something pretty and complex enough to be enjoyable, but practical enough to actually wear on a regular basis

Visit Olympus Mons. If possible, walk up it. (Yes, I realize that will involve a great deal of preparation and equipment and a spacesuit, but the slope itself is actually quite gentle.)

I want to go camping with my husband out in my old National Park haunts in Arizona and Utah. I wanna show him all the cool places I used to work!

This is a very tall task because my husband is the second least-outdoorsy person I know, hahahaha XD

-Be at least trilingual (I'm conversational in Korean now, and once I'm solid on that I can go back and improve my high-school French to something respectable!)

-take voice lessons (I love to sing but have bugger all idea how to do so properly)

-finish that old old fanfic in the fandom I'm not in any more. I promised I would, dammit.

-adopt a child (or before I can do that, at least be a host to an exchange student)

I want to do the Camino de Santiago.

-Make the short fiction blog for my original works like I've been planning and produce enough content to update it on a regular basis.

-Finish the redneck exorcist novel I started.

-Finish the Voyager/Pokemon fic I've been working on.

-Kick ass in my last semester of college and graduate in December.

-Own a mini-donkey.

-Be financially stable enough to own a second horse, and also name him Zap Rowsdower.

-One day return to Nairobi, if only for a visit.

-Actually dress Sharif up as Rarity like I meant to do last Halloween but didn't because I had a paper due the next day.

Travel the world.

Get a cat, or two (a mother and kitten for preference, or a Munchkin).
