that anyone who's been in treatment for longer than a few years should be on the same watchlist as convicted felons

In what kind of treatment and for what? We don't even know what the guy had, and he wasn't on meds. So anyone who's been in therapy for longer than a few years? That's ridiculous. Not everyone who's in therapy even has any type of mental illness.
