Is that what too much plastic surgery looks like?

No, just normal ageing. It happens to us all. And both these women are lovely.

Exactly, given as far as I know, neither woman has had any plastic surgery. At least none they've admitted to (I think Kudrow admitted to Botox years ago, but said she stopped doing that).

Look at those pics, normal women that age don't have such a smooth gap between their eyebrows, it's normal to have that little wrinkle there we all get, and those foreheads are too smooth. The cheeks also look filled.

Maybe not surgery, although may have had, but definitely Botox and fillers.

looks more like too much fillers and botox than straight up plastic surgery.
