I can't do it with zero contact (though I know some women can) but it doesn't have to be "touching" per se. Just, say, leaning against a countertop at the right height...

For me, depends on the angle of my hips, and what I'm wearing.

Jeans are easiest to get off in, since you have that seam right there.

Otherwise, either squeezing my thighs together and masking the rock of my hips by fidgeting with my foot, or grinding against what I'm sitting on (like in school, it was the desk chair) works for me.
