well i mean, by that logic black women should feel much safer (and not avoid) white men than black men. Cuz according to DOJ, out of all the rapes where a black woman was the victim, 0.0% of the offenders were white. But for white women 16.6% were black

Well sure, cause us white folks know we gotta keep them in their own parts of town. That way the violence turns inward!
