It's interesting that you actually like her pose on that poster, I absolutely despise it. Besides the photoshopping of those unrealistic proportions, can you imagine a man posed like that? And if you look at the larger version her eyes are creepily vacant while all the guys have looks of steel. It's better than her shitty T&A pose for The Avengers, but it should've been better.

I was thinking how her hair-flipping, tilted back head gives you a sense of looking up at her, and combined with her bad proportions, I was reminded of looking up at a stripper on stage... How hard would it have been for her to be staring down the viewer like the other two, ready to get shit done?

Something else was off about that shot that I could never put my finger on, but what you've said does make sense, and it's really annoying that they've done that. Some promo pics of her released for The Avengers were the t&a pose but then they also had this one (which is the one used in the Avengers poster I have) and it's just so much better and puts the one for WS into stark contrast, for both the pose and the more realistic proportions. She actually looks like she's going to fuck your shit up and it shows they can do better. Now they just need to put it into practice more.

Now that you mention it, her body proportions look unrealistic. Steve's too? Anyway, I love Fury's pose, he puts one leg forward and looks a bit coy.

but he doesn't look up as much as Natasha here.,
