Do you have any friends you can room with? I know you said your parents don't make enough to live on their own (that's another thing, wtf? are you the only adult in that home or what?), but if you move out, then at least you don't have to worry about your brother eating up all your funds and food. It might piss your parents off, and there's no guarantee your financial situation will immediately improve, and you might get the occasional guilt trip for your decision... okay, I'm not making a very good case. There's always a risk, but sometimes you have to take a risk.

Plus, if you leave the house, it will likely fall onto your brother to take up the responsibilities and get a real job he'll have no choice but to keep. Either that, or mom and dad will do the stepping up and get jobs that allow everyone in the household to survive.
