This to infinity, though I highly agree with the whole, “You can't kill people just because they MIGHT do something bad”. Plus, this is HYDRA we're talking about, they aren't going after just criminals or anything, they're going after people who pose a threat to them. Also, again, a nazi created the algorithm for this system. Nothing about this is remotely okay. (I still think you're trolling, because...
