Re: Captain America question
(For the record I've been 118 lbs at over 5'10" and would have passed the military pushups, situps, and run standards - for men - with flying colours. It's actually way, way easier to run distance and do bodyweight exercises like pushups and chinups at extremely low body weights than it is when you're bulked up. The army doesn't want you to do bench press and sprints, so I don't why that's the metric they'd give for pre and post-op Steve.)
