Someone please give that person (not the secret creator) a guide to proper grammar. Paragraph breaks aren't just an issue of formatting. There are actual grammar reasons for them.

I'd seriously brush an author off as not worth my effort if they've been corrected and still choose to do it the wrong, hard-to-read way. It's happened enough before. If they don't care to make the fic readable, then I won't read it.

Yes, dialogue. I really dislike it when people fail to put dialogue from different characters in different paragraphs.

Or worse, mix up dialog tags so they run like this:

"Person A speaking." Person B reacts.

"Person B speaking." Person A reacts.

That just drives me up the wall because I have to make sure to figure out who's doing what.
