I try to remind myself to not compare my abilities to people who are more skilled but sometimes it's hard to remember that and just have fun.

Maybe you could try doing an art study, just don't judge yourself for how it turns out. try a new art technique or draw something you wouldn't normally. I sometimes find that helps me.

I should. My art is just so basic that there isn't really one thing I need to improve, you know? It's just kind of everything and so it's hard for me to figure out what to work on. :(

Art studies might be a good idea for you then. Just pick one and try it. Draw a still life or try cross hatching. Or maybe try drawing something without picking up your pencil? I'm sure you could find something that will end up being fun for you and help hone your skills. Oh, and anatomy tutorials might be helpful too, but I find those to be really boring even though I know it's important. Good luck on your art! :D
