Re: Suprisingly decent article on self defence
(Anonymous) 2014-06-01 01:01 am (UTC)(link)It's not like I'm "OMG CONSTANTLY TERRIFIED ALL THE TIME" because that is just exhausting.
But I'm generally aware of my physical safety, especially in places like stairwells or carparks at night. I also tend to be skeptical of attention from guys, and often find myself asking whether they're being genuinely friendly and helpful, or just trying to make a move.
