I know this feeling and I hate it. Being the sole mod of a fannish blog, every time I open my .avis I start going all "should I gif this scene?? Or that? Oh, wait, that's too boring - I should think of something new - maybe gif a theme - *makes a ton of random gifs* - oh, well."

Sometimes I will make like 1-2 gifs and then be like blech. And then I never use them.

Exactly. Who'd think that gifing, of all things, would be so stressful and time-consuming.
