I disagree a lot of SJWs have actually turned it into their primary fandom. When they go over into other fandoms and spread their SJW creed around, they are doing some sort of bizarre crossover. They apply the same fandom behaviors to SJWism as others do when they are sperging out over Star Trek or MLP, the same fanaticism and narrow blinkered views apply to their interp of SJWism as it does to any power-nerd arguing over revisions of the Prime Directive.

This is a bit off-topic, but thank you for your modding: so many people are afraid of the backlash (since it is so easy to stir up indignation nowadays, especially in anon comms like this one) that it is comforting to see someone who is not afraid of the decision-making and work involved in moderating this comm.

That is really fucking stupid. Using that logic, anything that someone has really strong, obnoxious opinions on is a "fandom."
