Well, it IS in a different universe. Everything was basically different, so. And I liked it too. Its not like Wicked didn't do things like this too.

I really hate Wicked. The Oz books were a huge part of my childhood. So I expected to hate this. But I didn't. Maybe it feels different to me because Sleeping Beauty is already an adaption of a fairy tale whereas Oz was created by Baum And so completely changing the story feels like it is missing the point in a way this doesn't.
