We really liked Ziva and were very sad when Cote left. We were sad when Kate was killed and angry about that, so for us, NOT killing Ziva was the better choice.

We really like Bishop- not as much as we liked Ziva- but she's an interesting char to add to the team.

And no, Gibbs is not past retirement age, the char is likely only in his mid 50s, if that. McGee has NOT been a full agent long enough to warrant his own Team and obviously, DiNozzo is too immature still.

Our favorite char is Abby, with Ducky a close second, so if Abby left, we likely would stop watching.
