Dad. Yelling "stop that" "don't do that" "shut up" etc over and over again at the dogs does not work! Monty's mostly deaf, and has never listened to you anyway. Zara's also never listened to you (we seem to have this knack for picking female-responsive dogs, lol). Dodge is too full of energy to sit still and quiet for any length of time; you do remember what Lady was like as a puppy, right? When she used to play with Brandy, how much chaos they caused? Well now it's one old, mellow dog, one adult-who-thinks-she's-a-puppy and one actual puppy. Of course they're going to play loudly and messily.
