Hahah I feel the same about urban fantasy but the last time I said it here, one of the other users gave me a ton of shit for it.

Read about a half-dozen stories so far this year, only a couple of teens, little romance in that story.

I've been doing a lot more shorts and novellas due to time constraints this year. Lunchtime reading currently is Goblin Emperor, which is I think the first fantasy with non-humans that didn't annoy me in a while. Rupetta is a dense and weird read but the extensive foreshadowing and time jumps makes it a bit challenging.
