I remember the original. This is a cover I'm not familiar with.

Eighth grade dance, last dance of the night, swaying awkwardly back and forth, almost as close as we both secretly wanted to be. I still remember the texture of her dress under my fingers.

oh gosh so many things. I can't even name them all tbh.

All the stuff that was popular on the radio in the late 90s.

All the really good stuff I ever played in band or orchestra, can't even name it all.

There are some artists that really remind me of certain years and times but I don't always get nostalgic listening to them unless I'm thinking about it actively because I still listen to pretty much all the music I used to listen to. My tastes expand rather than changing completely.

Oh man, my brother occasionally fills in as DJ on this one radio show on the local college station that specializes in video game music.

Whenever he does, it's like two hours straight of nostalgia tripping. And me on Facebook playing Name That Tune and digging up obscure stuff that probably hardly anyone but the two of us remembers.

Let's See How Far We've Come, because somehow it reminds me both of highschool graduation and RTD!Who.

A lot of anime songs, especially the Weiß Kreuz openings and endings.

Lionel Richie's "Just for you" is one of those songs that I don't connect with my childhood/youth (mostly because it came out much too late for that) but it still succeeds terribly well at giving me an incredibly nostalgic feeling.
