I had a great medication for it, but then the FCC was like "nope, don't take too much of this" and now I'm on something that isn't nearly as good. Seeing my doctor again in a little over a week. Therapy helps to the extent that talking about my issues to any sympathetic ear helps, more or less, but yeah, I do that as well.
