Intentionally? A few times, mostly for Halloween stuff and once for a golden 20s party. Also I was Santa Claus for about 8 consecutive years in my family and outside, this sometimes included the beard and speaking in a gruff tone.

Mostly unintentionally? All the time from ages 0 to 8 (gleefully so) and again from ages 15 to 18. Since then whenever I have a short enough haircut and can get away with it, I try to dress up as boyish as possible. Sadly my bust size makes me unfit to pass outside of winter, ah well.
