Have done it VERY often for theatre - our group is mostly female, so I've played male roles a lot. I've got it to a routine; deal with boobs, hide the hair, contouring, facial hair (if needed).
Outside of playing a role, yeah, I often crossdress, not in a casual "I am wearing a suit" sense, but in that I deliberately modify my figure / hair / etc. to pass for a guy. Just because sometimes it's nice to walk on the other side for a while.
